The Adobe Digital Strategy and Growth team is seeking a passionate, data-driven Senior Product Manager

Mobile Monetization Growth to join our team. In this high-impact role, your mission is to accelerate revenue growth and retention through innovative monetization strategies. You will work cross-functionally to uncover insights, build scalable solutions, and unlock new growth opportunities across the funnel, with a focus on Generative AI monetization. What you'll do: Experimentation & Optimization: Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize mobile funnels, focusing on impact, complexity, and alignment. Collaborate with Data Science to provide data-driven recommendations and leverage both quantitative and qualitative insights to improve user conversion and growth. Growth Strategy Development: Define and implement strategies for monetization and retention funnel optimization. Lead offer and price testing to drive revenue, prioritizing tests that improve customer touchpoints across the journey. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Marketing to translate findings into product improvements and ensure alignment on growth initiatives. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor critical metrics such as conversion rates and churn, detailing test plans and results. Offer leadership consistent updates on growth performance, opportunities, and outcomes. Thought Leadership & Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on mobile growth, offering leadership and detailed strategies to guide the team's efforts. Embrace a forward-thinking approach to assist in developing Generative AI monetization strategies. Who you need to succeed: Experience: 5+ years partnering with engineering teams to ship code. Ideally in a many-stakeholder environment with dependencies and collaboration. Entrepreneurial & Strategic Execution: Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive initiatives from ideation to execution in fast-paced environments. Customer-Centric & Data-Driven: Expertise in bringing to bear user research to inform decisions, and crafting hypotheses through interpreting A/B tests, analyzing funnel and cohort performance, and understanding feature adoption trends. Cross-Functional Leadership: Skilled at building partnerships across functions and aligning teams around shared goals to drive success. Mobile Growth & Monetization: Deep understanding of mobile business models, particularly in-app purchases and subscriptions. Strong affinity with Mobile store specificities. Organizational & Prioritization Skills: Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, and align initiatives with broader business goals. AI Proficiency: Solid understanding of Generative AI technology is preferred, with first experience building AI monetization strategies. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
