Finance Manager, Global Commercial Strategy
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Manager, Global Commercial Strategy to support IM R&D. The ideal candidate can be located in Raritan, NJ, Titusville, NJ, or Springhouse, PA. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Neuroscience R&D and GCSO and will be responsible for providing oversight, direction, and financial leadership to the broader Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO). The manager must address the GCSO objectives to amplify the competitive value of our global IM portfolio and ensure global launch readiness of our pipeline. Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership for total Global Commercial Strategy Organization and act as the single point of contact across multiple partners including GCSO leadership team and partner closely with IM R&D finance leadership team and therapeutic area finance managers on GCSO related initiatives and updates Responsible to ensure insights, best practices, and evolving business insights are understood and adopted within the therapeutic areas Lead and issue guidance for planning, latest thinking and actual cycles. Responsible for coordination, reporting and analytical support of actual vs. forecast for all Therapeutic area spend; synthesize and provide financial updates and insights across multiple levels of the organization Lead and define strategy for enhancements in analytics and reporting for strategic marketing, market access, medical affairs, and analytics/business intelligence expenses and headcount all therapeutic areas and global functions Champion and provide financial leadership to deliver productivity synergies in commercial and medical investments across all therapeutic areas Identify and implement opportunities for standard reporting processes and packages across all therapeutic areas that provide improved insights to finance and business leadership Organizational Development: responsibility for direct oversight and development of direct reports including total organization of 4 Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting or Finance or another related field A minimum of 5 years of finance or related business experience is required An advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA or CMA etc. is preferred Prior managerial / supervisory experience is preferred Change management skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations, including the ability to drive others to adapt to a changing environment is required The ability to partner with, influence and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management is required Individual must work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with all levels of the organization and be able to recommend and implement process improvements is required Ability to take on leadership roles in various initiatives and effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) is required Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000-$172,500. Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
