Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 1st shift in a fresh food environment. The role involves troubleshooting electrical issues within the plant, including motors, drives, conveyor systems, and wiring. Candidates should have a strong understanding of 3 phase wiring, from low voltage to high voltage, ranging from 220V up to 480V. The position also requires proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and refrigeration, with some PLC troubleshooting involved. Responsibilities
Troubleshoot electrical issues on motors, drives, conveyor systems, and wiring. Understand and wire machines from low voltage to high voltage with knowledge of 3 phase electrical systems. Diagnose motor rotation and drive failures. Perform mechanical troubleshooting involving hydraulics and pneumatics. Address refrigeration-related maintenance. Conduct some PLC troubleshooting. Essential Skills
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including 3 phase systems. Ability to wire motors and troubleshoot electrical wiring. Mechanical troubleshooting skills in hydraulics and pneumatics. Understanding of refrigeration systems. Technical background in maintenance. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
