Job Title

Manage and monitor the travel, payroll, travel card, and systems with the command. Provide customer support and management controls for Civilian Payroll, Time Management, Organization Management, Personnel Administration, ERP User Management, Staffing Management, Government Commercial Purchase and Travel Card, and DTS. Assist with or manage the training needs for the enterprise personnel. Contribute to continual improvements for assigned programs and IT systems. Requirements

Must be a US Citizen. Must be determined suitable for federal employment. Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. Qualifications

For GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the duties of a management analyst. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: Applying administrative and management policies, practices and procedures; qualitative and quantitative techniques to support various program management operations to include travel, payroll, travel card and related systems; Providing customer support and management controls in areas such as Civilian Payroll, Time Management, Organization Management, Personnel Administration, ERP User Management, Staffing Management/Execution, Government Commercial Purchase Card, Government Travel Charge Card, and Defense Travel System Program Management; Participating in the review and updates of enterprise wide procedures in support of efficient operations; and Participating in data analytics to identify trends and recommend corrective action to improve overall program success. For GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: Applying support to various program management operations; Participating in the review and updates of enterprise wide procedures in support of efficient operations; Participating in data analytics to identify trends and recommend corrective action to improve overall program success; Providing customer support and management controls in automated systems.
