Location: Las Vegas, NV (In-Office Only

About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Claim Clerk to support our claims team in Las Vegas. You'll handle a variety of administrative tasks that help keep the claims process running smoothly

from issuing letters and scheduling appointments to setting up new claims in our system. Responsibilities

What You'll Do Issue letters, schedule appointments, and copy files at the direction of an adjuster Electronically set up new claims in our system Communicate by phone and email with providers, claimants, and internal team members Organize and file documents, both physical and electronic Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet client expectations Qualifications

What We're Looking For High School diploma or equivalent Strong skills in Microsoft Word Comfortable making phone calls and corresponding by email Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks Dependable and responsive to deadlines Nice to Have Previous clerical experience in a claims or insurance setting Performance Measured By Timely completion of tasks Accuracy of work Client satisfaction Why Join CCMSI?
