Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Gather, prioritize, and validate requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain and groom the product backlog; write user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical teams for questions related to product requirements. Make informed product decisions based on customer feedback, usage data, and market research. Coordinate planning and execution of sprints, ensuring teams stay aligned with product goals. Manage delivery timelines and dependencies across stakeholders and teams. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups as needed. Monitor risks, blockers, and change impacts, proactively working to resolve issues. Communicate progress, timelines, and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure continuous alignment between business priorities and execution. Collaboration & Leadership:
Foster a collaborative, transparent environment within cross-disciplinary teams. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to align expectations and drive consensus. Promote best practices in agile development and iterative delivery. Serve as a mentor and leader to peers, encouraging a culture of accountability and ownership. Strong organizational skills with a delivery-focused mindset. Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Experienced in SAFe.
