Provide superior customer service to external customers, department staff, and other company employees. Answer basic inquiries; and respond to written correspondence; Communicate and coordinate with appropriate home and field office employees to identify and implement satisfactory solutions. Prepare documentation and schedule meetings Position Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Eager to learn Microsoft office experience Clerical experience in a plus! Pre-employment screenings: Drug Screen, Background Check and Education Verification.

Education:

High School Diploma Required
