Affiliate Marketing Specialist

who thrives at the intersection of influencer culture, affiliate strategy, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate brings proven experience with platforms like Grin, Upfluence, and ShopMy-and knows how to build authentic, long-term creator relationships that turn engagement into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale influencer outreach campaigns, securing impactful collaborations that drive brand awareness and conversions.

• Manage and expand affiliate and influencer partnerships using platforms such as Grin, Upfluence, ShopMy, and internal CRM tools.

• Identify and recruit high-potential creators aligned with our aesthetic, values, and target audience.

• Build and nurture lasting influencer relationships through clear communication, brand alignment, and campaign support.

• Develop compelling content briefs, gather creator preferences (sizes, styles, timelines), and ensure all deliverables match campaign goals.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and social media teams to bring campaigns to life.

• Monitor affiliate performance, track analytics, and pull actionable insights to optimize ROI.

• Produce regular reports on key metrics, influencer impact, and growth opportunities.

• Maintain organized campaign documentation, contracts, and content libraries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate/influencer marketing or digital brand partnerships (fashion eCommerce preferred).

• Proficient with Grin, Upfluence, ShopMy, or similar CRM platforms.

• Deep understanding of influencer marketing ecosystems and performance tracking.

• Proven success in creating influencer briefs and managing campaign deliverables.
