We're seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-centered Director of Product Management to lead the development of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions that empower travelers to self-serve with confidence and ease. In this role, you will guide a talented team responsible for both traveler-facing self-service chat experiences and the foundational platform components that power them. You will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusive leadership - mentoring team members and aligning cross-functional efforts with our mission to revolutionize global travel. By harnessing the potential of AI/ML, you will shape a product strategy that enables travelers to get timely, delightful answers to their questions, resolve their needs autonomously, and enjoy a more seamless journey. This role blends visionary thinking with technical depth, organizational savvy, and a strong sense of empathy for both travelers and teams. In this role, you will: Set and meet team goals. Promote commitment to organizational values. Model EG leadership agreements. Place team members in roles that support their growth. Facilitate movement between teams to meet individual and organizational goals. Coach managers on building trust and developing their teams. Align process improvement initiatives with business goals. Ensure initiatives deliver measurable results. Evaluate and recommend investments in new technologies, applications, and process changes. Experience and qualifications: You have 12+ years of professional experience for Bachelors degree, 10+ years for Masters degree, and 5+ years of people management experience, or equivalent relevant experience. Applied expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) to solve complex problems. Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions with strategic goals. Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. Solid understanding of data science principles for data-driven decision-making. Skilled in influencing stakeholders and driving consensus across teams. Practices active listening to foster trust and improve team dynamics. Builds and nurtures strong teams and communities within the organization. Applies the scientific method to test hypotheses and validate outcomes. Experienced in reverse engineering to analyze and improve existing systems. The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $224,000.00 to $313,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $358,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
