This individual will play a key role in evolving our agentic AI offerings to anticipate and exceed traveler needsreinforcing Expedia Group's leadership in delivering intelligent, intuitive travel solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate closely across design, engineering, and data science teams to drive improvements in the functionality and effectiveness of our AI-based products. Your work will focus on finding scalable, systematic ways to enhance performance, using both qualitative and quantitative feedbacksuch as human-in-the-loop evaluation and other modern AI assessment techniques. You'll also apply your knowledge of prompting and conversational design to ensure our AI solutions truly support and delight travelers. In this role, you will: Shape product vision and strategy in partnership with senior PMs Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira with cross-functional teams Translate technical and non-technical requirements across audiences Identify AI/ML opportunities in features through collaboration with technical teams Communicate rationale behind engineering design decisions Balance business, legal, and financial constraints in planning Build business cases and set goals tied to financial outcomes Align product work with EG's broader strategy and success metrics Analyze market data to inform roadmap and feature decisions Use metrics and analytics tools to assess and improve product performance Map customer journeys and define Jobs To Be Done Apply UX patterns and drive MVP development through testing Write clear user stories and ensure quality through Agile ceremonies Foster inclusive collaboration and communicate product vision effectively Experience and Qualifications: You have 2-4 years of experience with a Bachelor's, or 02 years with a Master's degree or equivalent experience You apply Agile practices to manage product development effectively You understand AI/ML and data science principles to inform product decisions You communicate clearly, listen actively, and adapt across audiences You use the scientific method and reverse engineering to solve problems You demonstrate strong business acumen and strategic thinking You analyze data and visualize insights to support decision-making The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $112,000.00 to $156,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $179,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
