Full Charge Bookkeeper
Miller & Company LLP, a rapidly growing CPA firm, is looking to expand our close-knit team with a Full Charge Bookkeeper. Located in Whitestone, Queens, we pride ourselves on personalized customer service and a collaborative work environment. Manage full charge bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients Communicate effectively with clients and team members Troubleshoot issues and prioritize tasks efficiently Prepare accurate financial statements independently Handle payroll processing and payroll tax return preparation Prepare sales tax and commercial rent tax returns (experience with 1099 preparation a plus) Maintain organized records and files Assist with filing, scanning, and general office correspondence Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in a public accounting firm Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop and online) and Excel Strong understanding of accounting principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sharp computer skills and strong organizational abilities Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment What We Offer
