KRS CPAs, LLC is a growing CPA firm located in Paramus, NJ seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with 7-10+ years’ experience to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you’ll handle all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping for a variety of clients across different industries. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle accounting, from recording transactions to preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step.

Responsibilities: Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, bank and credit card accounts Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process payroll and payroll tax filings (multi-state experience a plus) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Collaborate with CPAs on tax preparation and audits Communicate directly with clients to resolve accounting issues and ensure satisfaction Supervise accounting staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications / Requirements: 7-10+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (public accounting firm experience preferred) Advance Proficient in QuickBooks Online (required) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (Master's preferred) Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) CPA or CPA track (not required but preferred)
