to lead the development and expansion of our product line under the

brand. This is a pivotal role for an experienced product leader who thrives in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments and is passionate about delivering high-impact consumer hardware products. This role is a strong fit for professionals with a passion for consumer electronics and a solid understanding of how hardware and software combine to create high-performing, user-friendly products. You will be responsible for owning the full lifecycle of product development-from ideation through launch and beyond. This includes gathering market intelligence, defining requirements, partnering cross-functionally, and driving successful go-to-market execution. Your work will help shape customer experiences and steer the future of our product portfolio. This position would possibly require a relocation to St. George, UT. Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for hardware solutions aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Translate market insights and stakeholder input into actionable product requirements and specifications. Identify opportunities for innovation in both new product development and continuous improvement of existing products. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to understand industry trends, customer pain points, and pricing dynamics. Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and e-commerce performance (e.g., Amazon) to drive informed decisions. Work with cross-functional engineering teams to define product specifications, technical constraints, and performance criteria. Coordinate with software and firmware development teams to ensure seamless hardware/software integration-including embedded systems, mobile app features, diagnostics, and connected services. Advocate for the user experience across both hardware and software touchpoints. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations teams to support successful product launches and sustained market performance. Lead communication of product goals, timelines, and deliverables across departments. Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, iteration, and retirement. Maintain comprehensive product documentation, technical briefs, roadmap updates, and performance tracking tools to support transparency and decision-making. Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in hardware product management, ideally in consumer electronics, telecommunications, or connectivity-related sectors. Strong ability to synthesize market data and customer insights into product decisions. Demonstrated experience working closely with cross-functional engineering and go-to-market teams. Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
