Accounting Manager
Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Assist in the accounting and reporting of capital assets, leases, and construction projects. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, IT, and Lease Administration teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data. Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to audit inquiries. Analyze complex transactions and provide guidance on appropriate accounting treatment. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Mentor junior accounting staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment. General ledger, Month end, Financial statement, Reporting, Journal entry, Reconciliation Must haves: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of experience in accountant level role, Public Accounting experience is preferred, Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPs/ Pivot Tables), Previous Oracle + PowerBI knowledge preferred but not necessary Intermediate Level The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $50.48/hr.
