Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic legal department team. This role involves supporting critical infrastructure projects and providing relief to an overburdened admin, with a focus on data centers and Azure hardware. Responsibilities
Process and pull data reports, and create and update legal matters. Manage budgets, expense reports, and travel arrangements. Handle heavy calendar management for leadership and managers. Coordinate events, especially when the main admin is off-site. Operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and organizing tasks effectively. Essential Skills
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar admin or office role. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for heavy calendar management and communication. Experience with Microsoft Excel for data processing, reporting, and budget management. Knowledge of SharePoint for document management and collaboration. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a corporate office setting is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus. Experience with Microsoft is desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple complex calendars effectively. Work Environment
The position requires working onsite four days per week at our Redmond campus. You will be part of a large, fast-paced professional office setting, collaborating with global teams and handling high-impact work. The role demands a high level of integrity and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
