Title: Administrative Assistant 3 Location: Redmond, WA 98052 Duration: 02+ months Job Description
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages calendar(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, team discretionary operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the team on-site contact. Completes special projects as assigned. Candidate Requirements
Years of Experience Required: 4+ overall years of experience in the field. Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role, a degree is preferred but not required. Disqualifiers: Candidates with no previous experience supporting teams larger than 50-100 will not be eligible for the role. Ability to support leadership is important for a smooth transition. Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain significant recent administrative experience in a large enterprise tech company, as well as significant experience with adaptability and adapt quickly to changes, make good judgement, and collaboration with other admin assistants. The best candidate has high attention to detail in their resume, and is able to work with others well and support a team. Minimum 2+ years experience with complex calendar support in Outlook Minimum 1-2+ years experience with Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Minimum 1-2+ years experience with C-level executive support Typical Day in the Role
Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is supporting the cloud data analytics team. There are around 900 members of the full team and this position will help support two teams, one with 50 members and another with 450 members. Key projects: This role will contribute to calendar support for a partner level manager that is heavily involved in customer support and has a complex calendar that will require speedy changes.
