Providing a high level of clinical support to the acute areas and varying procedural areas throughout Community could become your day-to-day purpose as a Clinical Nurse
Facility Resource. Leading with dedicated support to high-risk patients outside of the Emergency Department and ICUs. Delivering patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation are crucial to the needs of patients systemwide. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide unit-based education and support to colleagues, while still providing care at bedside to those patients who are pending transfer to higher level of care areas. Education & Experience High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required One of the following is required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Achieves and maintains National Certification related to specialty Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred 2 years of nursing experience of which at least 1 year in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Emergency Department required Experience with Definity administration, I/O access, Mediport access, Ultrasound for PIV placement and basic LVAD Management preferred Licenses & Certifications RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required PALS - Pediatric Advance Life Support Certification (CCMC and CRMC only) required within 180 days of hire or transfer into position For CRMC only, one of the following is required CCRN - Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse required within 180 days of hire or transfer into position CEN - Certified Emergency Nurse required within 180 days of hire or transfer into position Disclaimers
