We're looking for a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse to help shape the future of care at Burnett Extended Care Center
our brand-new, 154-bed transitional care facility scheduled to open this summer on the Community Regional campus. Burnett is designed to redefine the standard of extended care in the Central Valley, with specialized units including transitional care and memory care, advanced rehab gym spaces, a simulated home environment, and therapeutic courtyards. In this role, you'll care for patients recovering from illness, surgery, or hospitalization, many of whom present with medically complex or rehabilitation-focused needs. You'll play a key role in helping patients safely transition out of the acute care setting while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture from day one.
