Workforce Management Specialist

The Job: As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will ensure that our business functions smoothly by collaborating closely with department leaders to optimize staffing and labor management. You will assist with labor forecasting and scheduling, requiring a strong blend of analytical skills, customer service expertise, and administrative proficiency. The Day-To-Day: Collaborate with department leaders to ensure optimal staffing levels and develop efficiency strategies. Serve as a subject matter expert on workforce management software, managing scheduling solutions in alignment with business demands. Monitor Key Performance Indicators such as Service Level, Occupancy, and Abandon Rates, ASA and AHT on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Handle daily scheduling operations, including leave requests and call-outs. Identify best practices to enhance staffing while adhering to labor agreements and legal requirements. The Ideal Candidate: Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. At least 2 years of prior relevant experience. Prior workforce management or operations that included scheduling experience preferred. Previous experience utilizing Virtual Roster and UKG software preferred.
