As a Banquet Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the flawless execution of events that create lasting impressions. Your welcoming presence and commitment to outstanding service will help turn each occasion into a memorable moment our guests will carry with them well beyond their time with us. This is an on-call position. Start times can range from 6AM to 5PM. Hours will vary based on business or event needs. Review and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to prepare for upcoming events and organize team workloads accordingly. Meet with group leaders and clients to confirm final details, accommodate last-minute changes, and set expectations for an outstanding experience. Champion our signature SHOW service by guiding your team to deliver exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint. Coordinate the ordering and inventory of all materials and equipment necessary for each event. Oversee and account for all food, beverage, labor, and event resources to ensure accuracy and cost control. Maintain comprehensive records and event reports to support operational excellence. Address and resolve any guest or team member concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome. Communicate policies clearly to staff and ensure team compliance with all standards. Conduct pre-shift inspections of event spaces to verify setups and confirm that all necessary equipment is ready before guests arrive. Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
