Claims Manager

Claims manager responsible for technical oversight of general aviation hull and liability claims for North America supervising in-house adjusting staff, outside independent adjusters and attorneys. Will be primary contact on key client accounts as well as for brokers. Provide appropriate indemnity and expense reserving philosophy for the company. Conduct limited file reviews. Bill time on billable files. Assist with marketing presentations for new business and the retention of current clients. Qualifications
BA in Business Administration or equivalent discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Pilot's license and/or A&P license preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of progressively more complex aviation claim adjusting experience. Prefer advanced designation such as CAIP, AIC, SCLA, or CPCU. 5 years supervisory or managerial experience is preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written skills.
