Warehouse Supervisor
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse. Supervise a team of warehouse staff and ensure they are meeting performance goals. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of goods. Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management. Train new employees on warehouse procedures and protocols. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse team. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations. Excellent organization and time management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Clear communication (verbal and written). Proficient with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and accuracy. High school diploma or GED (degree in logistics/supply chain a plus). 2+ years warehouse experience, 1+ year in a supervisor role. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on feet for extended periods.
