The Four Seasons Resort L?na'i is looking for a Laundry Driver who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. What You'll Do The Laundry Driver is an essential member of the Housekeeping team, responsible for the safe and efficient transport of linens throughout the resort, while supporting overall laundry operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Operate a laundry truck (under 26,000 lbs GVW) to pick up and deliver clean and soiled linens, including guest laundry and valet items, across the resort. Load and unload linen bins (clean and soiled) safely and efficiently. Support the Laundry and Valet/Dry Cleaning departments during peak periods or staff shortages. Assist with sorting, washing, drying, and delivering clean linens and terry items for guest and resort use. Maintain accurate records, including vehicle logs and bin tracking, in accordance with company procedures. Report delays, accidents, traffic violations, or transportation issues to the Manager on Duty (MOD) using a phone only when not driving. Perform regular inspections of the laundry truck, wash vehicle as assigned, and take it to Fleet Maintenance for servicing when needed. Report any mechanical problems or deficiencies immediately. Keep the vehicle organized and stocked with necessary supplies and chemical agents. Maintain a clean and valid driving record and report any changes or violations immediately. Adhere to Hawaii traffic laws and all company driving protocols. Sort soiled linens into appropriate categories, removing stained or torn items. Load and weigh laundry for washing, using the correct amount and type of cleaning chemicals. Move washed laundry to dryers, ensuring proper load size and drying time, then deliver to the folding area. Assist with folding, organizing, and preparing laundry for delivery or storage. Follow Four Seasons' Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact. Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors. Take initiative in assisting with tasks outside of primary duties during high volume or staffing shortages. And more! What To Bring Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States. Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts. Must have a valid driver's license; truck driving experience preferred. Weekend and holiday availability required. Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
