We are seeking a skilled individual who will support our Business Intelligence team in the area of Sales Advisor Performance Reporting and Insights. This position under Citi Global Wealth will play a key role in transforming data into strategic insights that guide decision-making across the organization. This position will assist in the development and measurement of sales performance metrics for Citi Global Wealth franchise. The candidate will also work towards achieving consensus on Scorecard metrics and providing consistent performance reporting across the Wealth Businesses for Advisors and their managers. Responsibilities
Drive multiple analytics projects involving large and complex datasets for the purpose of analysis/validation, leveraging relevant programming tools (SQL, Python, Excel) Lead aspects of the yearly Advisor Scorecard performance planning and execution across the Private Bank, Wealth at Work and Citigold Wealth Businesses Develop the Advisor Productivity measurement framework that can be leveraged to measure the salesforce effectiveness across all the Wealth Franchises Interact regularly with business partners to deliver performance reporting through performance dashboard and business planning process such monthly, quarterly business reviews. Act as a subject matter expert on analytics techniques, tools, and best practices. Provide guidance on data readiness, modeling approach, and interpretation of results. Engage in expert-level dialogue with cross-functional teams to ensure analytical solutions are actionable and relevant. Leverage data to develop insights that guide business decisions. Experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics). 7+ years of progressive analytics experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or consulting. Understanding of wealth banking products, particularly Deposits and Investment product and portfolio analysis is a plus. Proficient in SQL, Python, Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Excellent understanding of statistics, data analysis. Experience building and managing dashboards using visualization tools Advanced process management skills. Ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into business action. Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to business audiences in a simple and effective manner. Skilled at influencing and partnering with stakeholders to drive impact without direct authority.
