About the Role
We're seeking a versatile
HR Generalist
to join our Milwaukee team who brings hands-on experience with
ADP Workforce Now
and a passion for fostering a positive employee experience. You'll be an essential part of our HR function, supporting everything from onboarding and benefits administration to compliance and employee relations.
If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively across departments, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration using ADP Workforce Now.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, answering questions related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Maintain accurate HRIS data within ADP Workforce Now and generate reports for management.
Assist with performance management processes, including goal tracking and employee evaluations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably with direct experience using
ADP Workforce Now .
Solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new HR technologies.
Pay: $55,000-$65,000
Pay Details:
$55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
