As a customer service representive with the Kathy Miller/Roger Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer clients' inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Assist clients with payments in person and over the phone Educate clients on insurance and their needs for protection Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask as well as taking initiative and understand the meaning of being a team player. Previous customer service experience and office experience preferred. Illinois Insurance license for Property & Casualty and Life & Health Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
