Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Understand client needs and provide timely and effective solutions Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction Prepare reports on client interactions, feedback, and concerns Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services Resolve any issues or conflicts efficiently and professionally Participate in client meetings and review sessions as needed
