We're seeking
experienced Mechanical Assemblers
to build high-quality products in a clean, organized, and safety-focused manufacturing environment. If you can read blueprints, work with hand/power tools, and take pride in precision assembly, this role is for you.
What You'll Do: Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to assemble mechanical and electronic components Build sub-assemblies using hand and power tools Test components using departmental procedures to ensure quality Document revision levels, lot numbers, and serial numbers for traceability Perform plumbing and pneumatic system testing Use grinding machines and finishing tools as needed Support Lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, waste elimination, problem solving) Mentor team members and work independently when needed Follow all shop safety practices and PPE requirements Preferred Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience preferred • Ability to interpret complex blueprints/schematics • Basic TIG welding, plumbing, or pneumatic testing skills (preferred) • Lean manufacturing experience (preferred) • Forklift/lift equipment experience (preferred) • Excel and Oracle experience a plus • Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills
