Job Summary:
Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a
Mechanical Assembler ! You'll build high-quality components and assemblies using blueprints, tools, and lean manufacturing techniques. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work across departments with minimal supervision.
• Key Responsibilities: Read and follow
blueprints, drawings, and procedures Assemble sub-assemblies using
hand and power tools Inspect and
test assemblies
to meet specifications Complete
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
for rejected parts Perform
electronic assembly and wiring Plumb and test pneumatic systems Occasionally use
TIG welding , grinders, and finishing tools Accurately document part info (lot numbers, serial numbers, revision data) Support
LEAN manufacturing
(5S, waste reduction, continuous improvement) Follow all
safety procedures
and wear required PPE Required Experience:
3+ years of mechanical assembly experience Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics Basic TIG welding skills preferred Basic plumbing/testing experience preferred Grinding and finishing tool experience Prior experience in
LEAN manufacturing environments
is a plus Skills & Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to lift equipment and operate forklifts (preferred) Good communication and teamwork skills Computer literacy (Excel and Oracle required) Ability to troubleshoot and resolve component issues Strong attention to quality and detail Why Join Us?
