JOB DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse Manager will be based in our Miami warehouse . The position is focused on the daily management and inventory of our point-of-sale event materials, including but not limited to, event machines, uniforms, giveaways, signage, asset transportation, brand ambassador kit, and production. Attention to detail is fundamental, and the implementation of controls, process, policy, and compliance is essential.
You will oversee the pre to post event warehouse responsibilities, from planning and preparation to execution and reporting. This position supports all aspects of activity in market and will report into the Senior Manager, Event Management. We ask that you have prior sampling event and production experience. The person in this role must be comfortable working with the marketing and promotions of Spirits and Beer products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining Excel worksheets of inventory, schedules, asset deployment. Manage local event warehouse's event POS, staff uniforms, special event assets, and machines, while ensuring all assets/machines are available/operable for activations. Responsible for daily maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse and storage facilities. Adhere to local market budgets. Follow standard operating procedures, policies, and protocols for issue resolution. Maintain event warehouse inventory and reserve local assets in the ASAP Inventory Management & Asset Tracking Software Systems. Enter, maintain, and review brand/event inventory data in all other relevant activation platforms. Manage, assess, and communicate POS shipments, deliveries, and requests. Maintain Microsoft Teams and email communication with management and staff. Manage transportation and kit logistics of event assets and machines. Prioritize time to ensure all requests, deliveries, event kits, and warehouse organization is complete in a timely manner and according to deadlines. Manage and maintain weekly warehouse staff pick-up/drop-off and shipment/return schedule, event deliverables, and asset needs. Ensure proper coordination, kitting, and utilization of POS. Organize and coordinate staff's weekly POS kits for events. Maintain and manage event machinery. Train staff on event machinery for events. Occasionally assist with event display and/or asset setup and breakdown. Make recommendations to improve quality of events. QUALIFICATIONS
2 - 3 years of Warehouse Experience. Event management or brand ambassador experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age and have your own method of transportation. Valid US driver's license. Knowledge of spirits or beer industry. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (can maintain spreadsheets), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams. Budget management skills. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Strong organizational, attention to detail and cleanliness skills. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Able to carry and move heavy boxes, assets, objects (min of 40lbs). Able to maintain a pleasant disposition and demeanor under stress. Effective training experience preferred. Ability to work in a team atmosphere. English language proficiency, both written & verbal. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The annual salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
