Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and positive relationships. Collaborate with internal departments to address client requests and resolve issues efficiently. Prepare and present regular reports on client status, feedback, and opportunities. Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
