In this role you will: Execute trades across Charles Schwab and Fidelity with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker and the urgency of a caffeinated day trader. Monitor portfolios daily and implement rebalancing strategies that keep our clients on track for their goals. Partner with advisory and planning teams to turn investment recommendations into portfolio reality. Master our tech stack (Salesforce & Tamarac Trading) while constantly improving workflowsbecause good enough never is. Navigate custodian relationships and vendor integrations like a diplomatic problem-solver. Tackle cash management, tax harvesting, and model allocations with strategic thinking. Generate performance reports that tell the story behind the numbers. Reconcile data across platforms because accuracy matters more than speed (but we need both). Our expectations of you: You bring 2-5 years of trading or investment operations experience from an RIA, broker-dealer, or asset management firmyou know this world. Portfolio management systems are your playground (iRebal, Envestnet, Tamarac, Orion, or similar). Your attention to detail borders on obsessive, and you're proud of it. Risk awareness is second natureyou see potential issues before they become actual problems. You begin your cover letter by telling us about the most complex trade you've ever executed and what you learned from it. You're comfortable when things move fast but never sacrifice accuracy for speed. Team-oriented doesn't just describe youit defines you. You know that great trading happens through collaboration. You're flexible and open to change. Markets evolve, technology advances, and so do we. We mean it; this is a must. College degree preferred, Series 65 a plus (or willingness to obtain it). Your approach to the work: The integrity you bring to handling client assets is next level. You understand that every basis point matters when it's someone's retirement.
