Reporting Relationship: The Digital Strategist, Social Media reports directly to the Head of Digital Strategy.
Summary:
Full Sail Media's Digital Strategist, Social Media will be responsible for supporting our digital clients, especially those engaging in organic social and paid social campaigns. They will be responsible for overseeing social media management across multiple client accounts, supporting the development of a robust editorial calendar (having a creative eye for good copy and Canva-designed graphics is a must), cross-posting blog posts, compiling eye-catching social performance toplines updates, delivering client-ready analytics reports, and pitching in across other firmwide responsibilities. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing social media plans, supporting the development of paid and organic social creative, and executing social scheduling.

digital evangelist , passionate about all things web, social, and paid media. A
social media aficionado , able to take ownership of any social media management project big or small. An
advertising acolyte , ready to learn the ins and outs of supporting a good organic social media strategy with paid. A
content management system and digital platform savant , ready to jump in and work in Wordpress, Elementor, Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, and other popular platforms. You are a
content marketing maven , passionate about developing content that breaks through and gets results for our clients. A
Jack or Jane of All Trades , unwilling to completely pigeonhole yourself into one digital specialty or focus and happy to help anywhere needed. A
storyteller , capable of compiling analytics or other data and converting it to compelling, client-facing reporting. Detail-oriented and organized , capable of navigating multiple clients and projects simultaneously with ease (and without being micromanaged). You are a
digital enthusiast , obsessed with staying up-to-date on the latest digital trends. Requirements
DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES :
Execute social media management tactics across multiple accounts. This includes copywriting and light design work in platforms such as Canva. Oversee the integration between social media management and other account deliverables, including search engine optimization and paid media. (Social does not work in a silo at Full Sail Media.) Manage multiple clients' content editorial calendars and ensure content is being developed, converted to social, and published on time. Optimize campaigns to maintain performance and communicate recommendations to the relevant account and client teams. Deliver weekly social toplines emails and monthly social media reports that illustrate key performance indicators and outline a compelling story. Participate on client calls and provide campaign updates and other account-relevant contributions. Build and maintain digital vendor relationships when needed. Contribute to other deliverables and firm responsibilities, including business development, process improvement, and project management. Develop social media marketing plans that clearly outline KPIs, diverse channel utilization, selected markets, target audiences, and other variables. Oversee the integration between social media management and other account deliverables, including digital advertising, search engine optimization, and content marketing. Support and integrate with traditional and programmatic digital advertising campaigns. Optimize strategies to maintain performance and communicate recommendations to the relevant account and client teams. (Our social media marketing efforts are never "set it and forget it.")
