Responsibilities Run a full-cycle sales motion - from cold outreach to signed sale agreements Engage business owners through outbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn) to build relationships and drive interest Educate owners on Baton's valuation and sales process, helping them understand how we support their goals Conduct valuation review calls and guide owners through the contract decision Track and manage your outreach, pipeline, and conversions in our CRM (Outreach + Attio) Partner with teammates across sales and marketing to iterate on messaging and improve conversion Meet and exceed monthly targets across valuation calls, contracts signed, and revenue generated Qualifications 12 years of experience in sales or outbound outreachbonus points if it's in SaaS, marketplaces, or financial services A natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to build rapport and trust quickly Confident managing the full sales cycle - from sourcing to closing Highly organized and goal-oriented, with strong follow-through and CRM hygiene Experience with tools like Gong, Outreach, or Attio is a plus, but a willingness to learn is more important A competitive, growth-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to improve and make an impact Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission.
