Process And Metrology Engineer
As a Process and Metrology Engineer, you will play a key role in the operation of our demo lab, where we collaborate with customers to showcase our next-generation electron beam lithography systems and explore new application areas. This is a hands-on role focused on operating and optimizing semiconductor process equipmentparticularly lithography toolsand performing advanced analysis using electron microscopy techniques such as SEM, TEM, and FIB. Responsibilities
Operate and optimize semiconductor process equipment, particularly lithography tools. Perform advanced analysis using electron microscopy techniques such as SEM, TEM, and FIB. Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute critical process experiments and wafer measurements. Engage with vendors and customers to support system demonstrations and capability evaluations. Essential Skills
Hands-on experience operating semiconductor process equipment, especially lithography tools. Experience using optical and/or electron microscopes (SEM, TEM, FIB). Comfortable with optimizing wafer fabrication processes and statistical methods such as DOE and SPC. Experience working in a cleanroom environment, handling wet chemicals, and wafers. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting lab hardware, or installing new equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable working on new equipment without well-established procedures. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Work Environment
This role is based in a dynamic startup environment with approximately 50 employees. It is a 100% onsite position, working primarily in cleanroom facilities alongside advanced semiconductor process lithography and metrology equipment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $160000.00/yr. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k. Workplace Type
