Area Sales Director- Service/Repair/Modernization
for the
Midwest
area. Responsible for ensuring that the area exceeds sales goals for service, repair, and modernization, while supporting sales team development. Essential Job Functions:
Drive sales of profitable projects, foster relationships with key customers, and collaborate with leadership to meet goals. Implement sales initiatives, use TKE sales tools, and act as a conduit for the Corporate Sales Team. Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and evaluation of sales staff and collaborate with branch and sales managers. Lead the STEP Program, including campus recruiting and trainee onboarding. Engage in pre-selling activities, including meetings with contractors and architects, and develop strong relationships with stakeholders. Review and strategize bidding for large jobs, participate in contract and scope reviews. Monitor ongoing jobs, focus on margin improvement, and participate in related meetings. Review CRM data, maintain product knowledge, and promote a customer satisfaction culture. Understand market conditions, implement NIM strategies, and support maintenance conversions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of sales experience in the elevator industry, or equivalent. Experience with long sales cycles, success in B2B sales, and ability to prepare reports and proposals. Strong problem-solving and presentation skills. What We Offer:
Salary range for Chicago: $137,000-$200,000, including car allowance, fuel card, and incentive program. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, sick leave, parental leave, and more. Relocation assistance available. To apply, click the
