RESPONSIBILITIES: Focus on selling profitable projects, leading sales growth in service, repair, and modernization, and building relationships with key stakeholders Implement sales initiatives and utilize TKE sales tools aligned with strategic goals Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and evaluation of sales staff and collaborate with management Lead STEP Program activities, including campus recruiting and onboarding trainees Drive pre-selling activities, build relationships with contractors, architects, and consultants Review and strategize bids for large projects to ensure profitability Monitor ongoing jobs, focusing on margin improvements and change orders Review CRM data to track sales performance Maintain product knowledge through training and updates Promote customer satisfaction and retention Understand market dynamics, including backlog, volume, and staffing Implement NIM strategies for on-time conversions and negotiate maintenance conversions Perform additional duties as assigned
