Physical Therapist Position
One of our clients is seeking a Physical Therapist for a contract position in Bronx, NY. Details:
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (½-hour unpaid lunch) Pay Range:
$34.30/hr - $49.00/hr Principal Responsibilities:
Implement physical therapy intervention plans directly or in collaboration with others. Screen and evaluate children to gather data for planning interventions and treatments. Perform advanced evaluations or assessments based on individual needs. Document services as required by Volunteers of America and third-party payers. Follow the Physical Therapy Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, along with organizational policies. Maintain treatment areas and equipment. Supervise physical therapy practitioners (PTAs), students, and other staff supporting service provision. Participate in professional development activities to maintain licensure and skills. Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in physical therapy. New York State License, including requirements mandated by the Federation of State Boards in Physical Therapy, with experience and/or training in pediatrics. Please email your application to:
