**Title:** Physical Therapy - Outpatient
**Location:** New York Metropolitan Area (Onsite)

**Compensation:** Pay Range: $115,000 - $125,000
Description
Evaluate and implement comprehensive, medically prescribed physical therapy treatment plans.
Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals tailored to patient capacity and tolerance.
Document and record patient conditions and educate patients and families on suitable physical therapy methods.
Conduct initial assessments and evaluations for assigned patient populations.
Review medical charts to gather important medical information and clarify referrals.
Select appropriate assessment tools and methods to determine patient status for optimal treatment plans.
Develop and implement discharge plans in collaboration with patients, care partners, and other care team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
New York State Physical Therapy License.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
0-1 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Bilingual, fluent Spanish strongly preferred.
