Represent clients throughout all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice on complex matters.
Prepare for and represent clients at court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Collaborate with partners and other associates to address legal challenges.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Foster and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Minimum Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Hawaii State Bar.
2-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in civil cases.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Commitment to providing outstanding client service and upholding the highest ethical standards.
Expected billable hours: 1,650 (flexibility may be considered for the right candidate).
