Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day. Benefits

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening) Organizational skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Experience with computer applications, especially Windows Ability to work in a team and multi-task Property and Casualty license (must be able to get licensed within 60 days of hire) Associate's degree or higher preferred If motivated to succeed and interested in this role, please complete our application.
