The shelter operates 24/7 and empowers women referred by the NYC Department of Homeless Services to obtain permanent housing and develop independent living skills. Residents access services such as workshops, counseling, and assistance in securing housing. Qualifications
MSW or equivalent degree, LCSW preferred, with at least five years of experience in supportive housing. Minimum of five years in a supervisory role in residential settings serving homeless or vulnerable populations, with experience in harm reduction, trauma-informed care, or a combination of both. Ability to manage social service programs with substantial budget responsibilities.
