Reporting to the Associate Director, the Paid Media Strategist will work directly with enterprise clients, communicating results, developing custom strategies, and executing paid media campaigns. This role offers experience in creating high-performing paid strategies for enterprise SaaS businesses. Responsibilities:
Oversee and lead multiple Paid Media accounts. Support client contacts directly. Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to align on tasks and quality. Drive referrals through client relationships and networking. Develop quarterly strategies for clients. Create, manage, and optimize budgets across various channels. Understand client positioning and unique value propositions. Ensure lead routing accuracy within CRM. Understand and leverage Programmatic campaigns. Manage personal productivity and utilization. Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals. Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI. Qualifications:
3+ years experience in a performance/digital marketing agency. Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients. Expertise in paid search and paid social campaigns. Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Strong understanding of PPC principles. Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel. Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts. Strategic thinking and data storytelling skills. Problem-solving mindset with industry curiosity. Excellent organizational and multi-project management skills. Travel approximately once per year per client as needed. Success Metrics:
