Buona . Under the direction of the District Manager, the General Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profit targets for Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering Retail. Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to impact sales across all revenue areas Enforce and execute marketing plans Manage and control expenses, including direct expenses, food costs, repairs, maintenance, and discounts Oversee staffing, including selection, retention, supervision, and training of hourly employees Conduct quarterly reviews and adhere to training programs Develop employees into shift managers and conduct weekly meetings with Co-Managers Build sales, manage staffing levels, labor costs, and food cost variances Oversee building and equipment repairs, enforce policies and procedures, and evaluate systems and procedures Handle store emergencies and communicate marketing opportunities to staff Reporting
Reports directly to the District Manager Participates in weekly and monthly meetings Additional Information
