$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled
Business IT Applications Manager
to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Customer Engagement (CE)
platforms. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring alignment across ERP systems and business operations. Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle management of D365 applications (Finance, SCM, CE), including planning, implementation, integration, support, and continuous improvement. Lead a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, and external consultants to deliver system enhancements and upgrades. Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales leadership to identify system opportunities and process improvements. Ensure D365 platforms are optimized for end-user experience, data integrity, compliance, and performance. Manage vendor relationships for third-party application support and integrations. Establish and enforce best practices for application change control, configuration management, and user documentation. Deliver training, documentation, and governance frameworks to support business adoption. Drive system scalability and resilience by aligning IT application strategy with broader enterprise architecture. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT applications management , with at least
8 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, regulatory considerations (e.g., REACH, OSHA, GMP), and supply chain operations. Proven experience in delivering cross-functional ERP implementations and enhancements. Deep understanding of D365 architecture, integrations (Power Platform, Azure Services, ISVs), and data governance. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred: Hands-on experience supporting regulatory compliance initiatives (e.g., FDA, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11)
within an ERP environment Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-310, MB-330, MB-210) Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES), LIMS, or warehouse management systems. Experience working with global teams or multi-entity structures. Seniority level
