Up to 30% (U.S. & Canada) Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr About the Role You will lead the
design, configuration, and deployment
of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions, specializing in
Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Planning . Partnering with business stakeholders, you’ll define requirements, architect solutions, and guide end-to-end implementations that deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O modules (Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain). Conduct business process workshops, perform gap-fit analyses, and recommend scalable solutions. Prepare project documentation: FRDs, FDDs, test scripts, and training materials. Configure and optimize D365 F&O modules based on business and industry best practices. Design and manage integrations between D365 and external systems. Facilitate training, UAT, and post-go-live support. Collaborate across IT, Finance, Operations, and vendor teams to ensure project success. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years
of experience with Microsoft D365 F&O or AX 2012. Proven experience as a
D365 Functional Lead . Strong knowledge of
Forecast to Demand, Demand Planning, and Plan to Produce
processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Familiarity with Microsoft LCS, Sure Step methodology, and ERP implementation best practices. Experience in manufacturing and/or food industry preferred. Preferred:
Microsoft MB-320 (Manufacturing) and MB-330 (Supply Chain) certifications, and experience with SCM ISVs or add-ons.
