SRI seeks dedicated professionals to provide CNIC Headquarters Family Readiness Program Analysis Services supporting Navy’s Fleet and Family Support Programs (FFSP), aimed at enhancing the well-being of active duty members, retirees, civilians (OCONUS), and their families.
Overview We are looking for a highly analytical
CNIC Headquarters Family Readiness Program Analyst
to research, develop, and implement programs supporting military family readiness across the FFSP. The ideal candidate will have a background in adult education or social sciences, with expertise in program analysis, policy development, and management. If you are passionate about improving family readiness programs and possess strategic skills, we encourage you to apply.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive program analyses, develop curricula, and implement guidance for Family Readiness Programs.
Participate in emergency preparedness and response activities, ensuring alignment with policies and regulations.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
Coordinate with CNIC Program Managers on marketing and outreach efforts.
Represent the CNIC Family Readiness Program in various working groups and visits.
Support database management, including the Ombudsmen Registry.
Supervisory Responsibilities None. However, close collaboration with teams and stakeholders is essential.
Skills and Abilities
Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative evaluation techniques.
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Education and Experience
Master’s degree in adult education, social sciences, or related fields, or equivalent experience (minimum six years).
