Job Description

This Position is Contingent on Contract Award.

International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. seeks qualified individuals for program analysis roles supporting The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) leadership at CNIC Headquarters. The FFSP serves active duty members of the Navy, Marine Corps, Army, Air Force, their families, foreign military members stationed locally, reserves, and other eligible groups as directed.

Key Responsibilities:

Research directives affecting programs, analyze data, prepare reports and briefings, and develop curriculum and guidance for Family Readiness Programs across the FFSP.

Plan, coordinate, and develop new curriculum and guidance to enhance resource utilization in FFSP activities.

Assess program effectiveness, identify procedural issues, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Participate in the development and evaluation of Family Readiness Programs, develop information on new initiatives, and coordinate with CNIC on marketing efforts.

Represent the CNIC Family Readiness Program Manager on teams and working groups as required.

Analyze issues, recommend actions, and assess impacts on organizations.

Conduct program analysis activities on cross-functional teams to address systemic issues.

Support CNIC databases and ensure liaison with support organizations.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Master’s degree in adult education, social science, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to FFSP programs.

Experience with qualitative and quantitative effectiveness measurement techniques.

Analytical skills for developing procedures and resolving issues.

Ability to prepare and deliver management briefings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and autonomous work capability.

Required Work Experience:

Experience providing program analyst services.

Experience with data systems and understanding of military or civilian social service programs.

Strong communication, assessment, data management, and advocacy skills.

Knowledge of FFSMIS system is preferred.

Additional Information:

Pay ranges from $32 to $42 per hour, based on experience and other factors. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and bonuses. The salary offer will be aligned with the applicant’s background and market data.
