or RN at Scripps Mercy San Diego. The shift is four days per week, with 10-hour day shifts. The individual must have OR circulating experience in
General Surgery, Bariatric Program, Plastics, and Trauma Service Lines . Call is required for this role. We offer a

Responsibilities The Lead RN manages and coordinates patient care within the Care Unit per shift. This involves implementing and integrating the nursing process, assigning and supervising staff, and collaborating with physicians. The Lead RN acts as the Care Unit expert and provides functional direction to the Patient Care team.
Qualifications Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills
Registered nursing degree from an accredited school.
California RN License.
One year of recent surgery or OR RN experience in an acute care setting.
Experience in General Surgery, Bariatric Program, Plastics, or Trauma.
Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
Ability to speak, read, and follow instructions in English.
Positive behavioral skills.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Three or more years of nursing experience.
Two or more years of related experience.
CNOR certification.
Leadership experience.

Pay Range: $60.75 - $87.98 per hour. Actual pay depends on experience and internal equity. This range applies to California residents; out-of-state remote employees may have a different pay differential.
