About the Role This position involves applying behavioral science expertise to support organizational consulting, solution design, and stakeholder engagement within government sectors. You will collaborate across teams, perform C-level consulting, and help shape our product and service offerings. Key Responsibilities
Deep Discovery:
Use your business acumen for account planning and discovery, identifying organizational challenges that BetterUp can address. Solution Design:
Develop and present tailored solutions based on your understanding of human capital and organizational needs. Presentation & Thought Leadership:
Share insights through presentations, workshops, and industry engagements leveraging your behavioral science knowledge. Insights & Value:
Partner with customer success teams to analyze data, craft impact stories, and support retention and growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with R&D, Product, Sales, and other teams to influence product direction and deliver client solutions. C-Level Consulting:
Engage with senior executives, including CHROs and CFOs, to provide strategic advisory services. Prioritization & Project Management:
Manage multiple stakeholder projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Qualifications
M.A. with 7+ years of consulting/business experience or PhD with 5+ years in behavioral science or related fields. Expertise in behavioral science and HR, especially Talent Development, Talent Management, L&D, or OD. Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with executive audiences. Proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. Ability to adapt to ambiguity and work collaboratively across teams. Willingness to travel up to 40%.
